What We Do
Advance Our Purpose
Our purpose is to enhance the character of Toronto’s east waterfront community and to improve the quality of life for residents. We promote awareness of residents’ concerns with municipal, provincial and federal government representatives and recommend and advocate for solutions that will improve community.
Host Community Events
We host meetings to update members on important local issues, new developments and construction projects, and invite guest speakers to provide important updates and presentations.
Advocate and Inform
The EWCA priorities are to advocate for and improve traffic, public transit, family friendly infrastructure, safety and security and peaceful enjoyment of the Lakefront.
Become a member of the EWCA
The EWCA is a community-led and community-facing organization run by residents. There are many ways for you to get involved with the EWCA based on your time, abilities, and interests. We encourage participation from our residents in order to make our neighbourhood a better and safer place for all to live, work, and play. We aim to have representatives from all buildings in our community.
